Executive Producer Tracy Baim
Tracy Baim is the publisher and managing editor of Chicago's largest chain of gay and lesbian publications. Windy City Media Group (WCMG) reaches 50,000 readers with its weekly newspaper Windy City Times, OUT!, Nightspots, and Identity. WCMG also produces Chicago's oldest gay radio program, Windy City Queercast. Baim is founding co-chair of the Chicago Area Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, was recognized as one of Crain's Chicago Business 40-Under-40 leaders. She received the 2005 Studs Terkel Award, and is an inductee to Chicago's Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame.

Recently, Baim served as vice co-chair of Gay Games VII international event. In 2008, she edited the first history book of Chicago's gay community, Out and Proud in Chicago: An Overview of the City's Gay Community (Surrey Books, 224 pages). Screenwriter Claudia Allen
Claudia Allen is a playwright-in-residence at Victory Gardens Theater in Chicago. She has won two Jefferson awards-Chicago theater's Tonys-and written many produced plays, including Movie Queens, Hanging Fire, Xena Live!, and The Gays of Our Lives. A hallmark of Allen's plays is the portrayal of strong, compassionate women. Hannah Free was among four Allen plays published by Third Side Press under the title, She's Always Liked The Girls Best.
Author's note: "Few plays are written about elderly lesbians. Fewer plays deal with their extreme vulnerability in a system that doesn't recognize our rights. I wanted to deal with those issues while also creating a love story about two women who loved each other for decades despite a few flaws and more than a few differences."

Director Wendy Jo Carlton
Carlton is a filmmaker, writer, and photographer with a background in radio production, teaching, and media activism. Carlton is a former artist-in-residence at 911 Media Arts in Seattle and a recipient of the Navona Fellowship from the University of Illinois Chicago, where she earned a graduate degree in film/new media. Her award-winning narrative and experimental short films have screened internationally, including the American Film Institute, Sundance, and many other festivals. In addition to founding a media literacy program for teen girls called Chicks Make Flicks, Carlton works as a field producer for Sirius Radio and PBS Television.

Editor & Executive Producer Sharon Zurek
Sharon Zurek is the owner of Black Cat Productions in Chicago and enjoys working on independent features, short films and social issues documentaries. Her film and video experience includes producing, directing and editing commercials, broadcast and corporate programs and independent films. She is happy collaborating as an editor with many talented Chicago filmmakers like Mike Meiners who produced and directed the soon to be released, The Trouble With Dee Dee and production team Jennifer Vincent, Christina Varotsis and director, Bruce Terris on Dirty Work. Earlier feature film editing work includes Running Home (2006), Dirty Work (2006), The Sisterhood of Night (2006), Up on the Rope (2006), The Trouble with Dee Dee (2005), Wonton (2005), Runaway Divas (2004), The Undergrad (2003), Stray Dogs (2002), Flying (2002), Pretty Ladies: A Super 8 Explosion (2002), The Chameleon (2001), Phoszote and Other Stories (1999), Gastrointestinal Blues (1998), and many more.

Composer & Sound Supervisor Martie Marro
Martie Marro owns Materville Studios and Love Your Website, both chicago based Multi-Media companies. In her tenure as an artistic business woman she has received many awards including an IBM excellence award, an LGBT Recording Academy Award for Outstanding Soundtrack, a Gay and Lesbian Music Award nomination for Best Video, an OUT Music nomination for Musician of the Year, and is included on many soundtracks, including Francis Ford Coppola's First Wave Television Series, topped the charts at #1 on the world charting system for MP3.com, and gleefully was dubbed "Download Babe of the Day" by Tech TV's Internet Tonight.

Other films and television Martie has created sound and music for, or Produced, include Feature Film Fall Away, documentary Slaves of the Saints, Showtime Pilot, Dance Floor Battle Scars, The Gendercator, Buttery Top, Maybe, Coup d'etat, The Heirloom, Canadian short Tunnel Vision and Gayco Expose, a comedy. Beginning her long career in post production, Martie worked on sound repair of many more films, enjoying the challenge of removing the sound of locusts, trains, rumbling trucks and accidental crew noises. Martie has additionally enjoyed almost a decade of FM Radio Production for commercials, interviews, and musical backbeds.
